All mystery scoops, mystery-style products and pre-made gift items from UK Premium Gift Scoops are prepared with care. Due to the random nature of our scoops and surprise items, these products are treated as final sale once prepared and dispatched.

We do not accept returns or exchanges simply because you received different random items, colours, styles or designs than expected. Photos and videos on our website and social media are examples only, and the contents of each scoop may vary depending on stock availability.

Some orders may be photographed or recorded while being packed for quality control. This helps us confirm what was included in each order before dispatch.

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or genuinely incorrect, please contact us with your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can review it fairly.

Our products are prepared in a pet-friendly environment, so please keep this in mind if you or the recipient has allergies or sensitivities.
