Can I exclude cat snacks?
Yes. Please select “No cat snacks” when ordering. This is useful for allergies, dietary needs, gifts, kittens or cats with sensitive stomachs.
What if I do not own a cat?
That is okay. You can select that you do not own a cat, or that the order is a gift. We will pack accordingly where possible.
Are the scoops suitable as gifts?
Yes. They make lovely gifts for cat lovers, friends, birthdays, care packages and surprise parcels. Gift vouchers are also available.
Are the items refundable?
