Your video will include everything that comes with scooping your order (plus probably a little chaos from me :D ) your beads being scooped, prizes being specifically picked and curated just for you, your items being packed, and a cute final look at your order before dispatch. Perfect if you love surprise hauls, TikTok-style packing videos, or want a little extra magic with your order.
Please remember - if you do not include snack/toy exclusions, you will receive these items by default. Don't forget to mention if you have a favorite colour upon ordering!

All scoops are random. You can request your preferred colours and we will do our very best to deliver what you love most. Items, colours, styles and designs may vary from photos, videos and your previous orders.
Cat snacks are optional. If you select cat snacks, please check packaging, ingredients and feeding guidance before giving them to your cat.
Pet-friendly environment: Our scoops are prepared in a pet-friendly environment, so please keep this in mind if you have allergies or sensitivities.
Returns: This is a FINAL sale offer. Due to the random nature of the product, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges simply because you received different random items than expected- It's all part of the fun. This does not affect your statutory rights if something arrives faulty or damaged. We record our packaging process to limit any misunderstandings.
